We have been working in different organizations persuing various careers. Over time we observed that we followed a certain pattern. Whenever we started working in a new role we were bad at it at the beginning, learned and improved until we became specialists, and then we tried to get into a new field. Eventually we made music and in 2023 we started a social media art project attracting 55k followers.
In 2024 we asked ourselves what our key success factors were, and we came to a simple conclusion. Whenever we wanted to achieve something, we were growing and thriving without any external motivation. But when we were not able to find a certain level of passion for something, we stayed unhappy and didn't achieve much in that area.
Today we are sure that this is not only true for entrepreneurs and artists but also for everyone working in an organization. Employees only produce valuable results when they can grow and thrive in a specific environment provided by leaders. This environment mostly depends on the relationship you as an employee have with your boss, and you as a boss have with your employees.
